Provide advices and act representing a Client in the settlement of various legal problems in the field of Commercial Litigation, including disputes in the field of Patent and Brand / Trademark Copyrights, Consumer Disputes, Business Competition in the instance of Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha / KPPU (The Supervisor Commission for Business Competition).

Restructuring & Bankruptcy

Due to experience in various bankruptcy cases and the preparation of composition plans in order to achieve homologation (peace), we can provide alternatives in debt restructuring activities and or be involved in debt restructuring activities. We represent both borrowers and lenders on all aspects of insolvency and bankruptcy reconstruction our experience in complex bankruptcy situations permits us to respond to insolvency litigation and initiate it where necessary.

Assist resolve legal problems in mutually amicable manner out of court, as mediator, negotiator, reconciliatory through commercial approach based on valid legal procedures and principles.
